Here at Mainstay Recruitment we have a permanent role working as a Plumber carrying out Reactive and Planned Maintenance on a single site. Job Duties:

• You will carry out Reactive and Planned Maintenance
• Be expected to support other FM service teams with completing work
• To carry out all duties as a Plumber
• You will participate in an on call rota “Out Of Hours”
• You will carry out installation work on site of any new projects related to your sector
• To carry out fault finding and rectification where needed
• You will be expected to be professional at all times as the public will be on site

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will be a strong team player and also have the ability to work alone
• Hold a valid qualification in Plumbing (C&G/NVQ)
• You will have strong verbal and written skills
• As your role will involve logging jobs it is important you have a good level of IT skills
• Have a flexible approach to work as you will work on an “out of hours” rota
