A fast-growing managed service provider is currently seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the organisation. As a 3^rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will be joining an organisation that values internal growth and provides a fantastic company culture.

The 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced support and troubleshooting for infrastructure systems, including M365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, networking, and Azure. They will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, configure and optimize M365 services, design and maintain Windows Server environments, manage Hyper-V virtualization platforms, troubleshoot networking issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions, implement and maintain Azure-based solutions, monitor system performance and security, develop documentation, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working within an MSP
• Windows server experience to a 3^rd line level  
• Knowledge of WAN technologies
• Strong knowledge working with Azure and experience with Hyper-V
• Strong network routers and switching experience.
