I began working in the Production and Manufacturing space in 2021 and have experience providing recruitment services within a variety of different industries such as Warehouse and Distribution, Steel, Automotive, Aerospace and Construction. I also have experience working on a variety of different roles ranging from Warehouse Operatives, Goods In, Stores Operatives to more skilled roles such as Brake Press Setter / Operators, Laser Setter / Operators and Turret Punch Setter / Operators and management positions such as Factory/Works Managers, Health & Safety Managers, and Quality Managers. 

I have previous experience working in customer service which has enabled me to understand the importance of listening to people’s needs and putting my clients first. This has helped me in my current role as I can provide an excellent service to clients and candidates when trying to find them suitable roles that are the right fit. It has also helped me become a strong communicator which is vital in my role, to be able to speak to people from a variety of different backgrounds. 

I enjoy finding high quality candidates for my clients ensuring I provide the most reliable and excellent service I possibly can. I also have a passion for sales as this allows me to speak to new companies and build and develop new relationships. I find my role very rewarding when clients are happy with the service we have provided and when finding people new jobs that they enjoy. Another part of my role I enjoy most is going to different sites to meet existing and new clients. This gives me a chance to expand my knowledge and get an insight into how operations work at different companies. This also helps to experience the working environment to ensure I find the right candidate who would be the right fit. 

Outside of work, my biggest hobby is following my football team; Aston Villa. I have been a season ticket holder for many years. I also enjoy going to away games to experience and see different stadiums around the country. I also enjoy going to the gym, playing football and golf in my spare time.
