Mainstay is currently working with a nationwide service provider who is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to oversee all M&E projects across multiple sites within Chippenham and surrounding locations. As a Senior Project Manager, your role will be to manage the project teams, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and all KPIs are met.

Duties

• As a Senior Project Manager, you will support the Project Managers in providing solutions to the client’s requirements.
• Provide focal points for all project delivery aspects within your region and meet with project managers and teams on a regular basis.
• Ensure statements are drafted to support project managers.
• Manage the service delivery of all small works (up to 25k) in accordance with legislation, health & safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure all projects above 25k are delivered by the projects team on time and on budget.
• Ensure all projects are handed over successfully to enable ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and project teams.

Candidate requirements

• Relevant qualifications e.g., building/civil engineering/electrical/mechanical engineering
• Management qualifications e.g., SMSTS
• Project management qualifications e.g., Prince 2 / APM / PMQ
• Experience in supervising staff in project management, overseeing KPI, management of costs
• Experience in supervising site operations
