Mainstay have an amazing new role for an experienced Electrician to join a great service provider covering one main site within Northampton and a few satellite sites in the surrounding areas.

Role

• Responsible for the high standard completion of maintenance and repairs across electrical appliances including emergency lights and fire alarms.
• Respond to planned and reactive maintenance.
• Undertake minor installations e.g., refurbishment projects.
• Working from drawings and specifications.
• You will report all escalations to the line manager ensuring that these are dealt with in the right time frame.
• Perform other maintenance such as basic plumbing, ahu maintenance, changing lamps and other building services such as joinery/carpentry.

Candidate

• Relevant electrical qualifications, City and Guilds 2365, 18th edition
• City and Guilds 2391 – essential
• Highly motivated, with strong attention to detail
• Must be confident working on your own or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
