Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will join the implementations team, contributing to the deployment of complex solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include involvement in pre-sales, implementation, and handover processes to ensure high-standard solution delivery within agreed time frames. The role demands a diverse skill set covering internet connectivity, core infrastructure, Windows server environment, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and expertise in Office 365 ecosystem migrations and implementations.

Required skills & qualifications

The ideal candidate should:

• Conduct detailed site surveys and technical documentation for deployed solutions.
• Develop project plans with a precise timeline of events and budget delivery.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills when working within a team or with clients.
• Possess strong communication skills to discuss client expectations and facilitate smooth handovers to the support team.

• Active directory design and implementation
• Microsoft Windows Server multi-role deployments
• Office 365 product portfolio, migration, deployment, and administration
• Remote desktop solutions and thin technology
• Desktop OS & Office Applications
• Firewall, switching, and Wi-Fi experience
