I have over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry and have worked across many different sectors during this time.

In my previous companies, I have turned failing branches into top performers within the industry; winning and executing on-site staffing solutions; developing and training teams of recruiters; implementing new processes and service delivery models; as well as creating and introducing innovative pricing structures.

I joined Mainstay in December 2023, with a key focus on business development. I very much take a collaborative approach, strongly believing that listening is a vastly underrated skill and one that is incredibly important when developing strong relationships with clients at all levels.  If you don’t have a thorough insight into a business and its recruitment plans, how can you possibly get the recruitment offering right? Gaining the trust of a client and helping them develop the right kind of recruitment strategy for their business is a key driver for me. I relish sitting with a client to scope out their recruitment needs and piecing together a solution to ensure we develop a long-term strategic partnership.

In addition, I re-connect with clients that we have dealt with previously and grow our market share with our existing customers on a national basis.
