We are currently working with an FM service provider who are recruiting Multiskilled (electrical bias) Engineers for a prestigious contract. Our client has seen substantial growth and is looking for dynamic engineers who have a desire to progress and deliver high standards across the contract. You will be working on a single corporate site in London.

Shift work: 4on/4off, 07:00–19:00

Your responsibilities will involve:

• You will be covering a single site looking after reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance aiming to complete within contractual SLA timescales.
• Perform maintenance on electrical and mechanical aspects such as emergency lights, fire alarm systems, Ahu, and plumbing.
• Manage a schedule of work and ensure all associated administrator duties are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• You will be ensuring that Health and Safety is adhered to across all your sites.
• Report any issues to the Site Manager and work closely with the client on each site to ensure escalations are reported.
• You will fault-find and conduct regular tests on systems like fire alarms etc
• Perform 1 in 5 weeks

Candidate

• Previous experience working for an FM service provider and ideally a background in building maintenance
• Qualifications in electrical aspects such as 2365, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition
• Knowledge of mechanical systems
• Ability to work in a professional manner
