Mainstay have an amazing new role for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join a great service provider at a single critical site. This is a great opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the mechanical and electrical industries.

Role

  • Responsible for the high standard completion of maintenance & repairs
  • Respond to planned maintenance across mechanical and electrical plant equipment
  • Respond to reactive maintenance in a timely manner – this could include fabric-related items
  • You will report all escalations to the line manager ensuring that these are dealt with in the right time frame
  • You will ensure the health and safety on site making sure that all work completed is compliant
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance and checks on a variety of equipment
  • Perform maintenance on some mechanical aspects such as HVAC, AHU, and Chillers.
  • Ensure awareness of compliance with the contractual KPI/SLAs
  • Ensure the CAFM system is kept up to date

Candidate

  • Relevant qualifications including Electro-Mechanical Principles and 18th edition
  • Highly motivated, with strong attention to detail
  • Must be confident working on your own or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
