Mainstay have an opportunity for a Fabric Engineer based within across the North-East of England. This role will be completing general maintenance tasks.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00

Role

• Fabric Engineer covering a single site in North-East England.
• Plumbing, carpentry, door fixing, tiling, painting, and maintenance tasks.
• As a Fabric Engineer, you will be doing pre-planned and reactive work.
• You will ensure that all jobs are completed to a high standard and within the given time frame.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety is followed when completing all jobs.

A Facilities Management firm looking after a mixed portfolio of sites.

Candidate

• Fabric qualifications such as carpentry, plumbing, joinery – desirable
• Previous experience within a similar environment is an advantage with an FM service provider background
• Strong work ethic and desire to progress and build on existing experience
• Must be able to work on their own to complete tasks
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Good communication both verbal and written
• Full UK driving license
