Job duties

• You will be carrying out PPM & reactive maintenance
• Supporting other Facilities Management divisions with any work/repairs
• You will be carrying out basic electrical and plumbing work
• Reporting to the Facilities Manager directly
• Making sure all work is carried out in a safe and professional manner

Ideal candidate

• Hold a trade qualification (preferably electrical or plumbing)
• Have previously worked in a similar role
• Be a team player and have the ability to work alone
• Flexible and proactive with a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement to working approach
