Mainstay are working with an FM service provider who are looking for a Project Administrator to join their operations team in Lakenheath. Our client have strong values and aim to strive for high standards and invest in their staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience ideally within a facilities role or the construction sector with a strong work ethic.
The role and responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the timely delivery of departmental duties in accordance with government regulations.
- Complying with all health & safety and environmental standards and policies.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Preparation and maintenance of reports as required by management utilising Excel, or a CAFM system.
- Support management in formal meetings including booking meeting rooms, confirming site access for non-pass holders, recording attendance, and producing accurate minutes and action logs.
- Maintain the office filing system in accordance with company policy, both electronic and hard copy files.
- Support the ongoing completion of quality assurance, health & safety, security & fraud and sustainability processes and initiatives.
- Provide reports and data to stakeholders, as required, to facilitate the management of the contract.
- Preparing and sending out spreadsheets of monthly pre-planned preventative maintenance jobs to suppliers.
What will you need?
- Computer literate (Excel and Word) – Essential
- Experience/knowledge within the Facilities Management sector – highly desirable
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and progress further within the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure whilst retaining high standards
- Experience with CAFM systems
