Job Description:
The role of the Senior IT Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our company’s network infrastructure. As a Senior IT Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of their client’s network systems. The role will include:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Troubleshooting network issues and providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting regular network performance monitoring and optimization to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in networking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with network security technologies and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIP) highly desirable.
