Mainstay Recruitment are currently recruiting for a permanent Shop Floor Team Leader for our client based in the Saltley area.

The right candidate will have the ability to lead a team in ways which build morale, generate ownership and harness energies and talents towards achieving a common goal.

Pay rate: £24,897 (based on £11.97 per hour, 39-41 hours per week)

Details

• Permanent
• Will be required to work 5 days out of 7, fully flexible on a 39-41 hour contract
• Various start times between 07:00 and 18:15
• 8-hour shifts
• To support and assist the supervisors and managers in the daily running of your department
• To communicate with the team of any stock availability, date, rotation or storage issues
• To be responsible in handling tasks on the shop floor and/or warehouse
• To work effectively as a team, helping out other areas/departments as required
• To report any health and safety issues to a supervisor or manager immediately
