We are currently recruiting for a Transport Supervisor to work night shifts for our fast-growing client in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that invests in staff to develop them further in their career.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:30

Role responsibilities

• Managing external sites on nights
• Manage staffing levels to cope with holiday and sickness cover
• Supervise all drivers that are currently on shift
• Scheduling for vehicle and trailer servicing
• Ensuring all vehicles are compliant
• Supporting compliance admin
• Booking of Agency drivers with various agencies.
• Customer service
• Vehicle tracking

This role will be a customer service-based role as well as supervision of staff on shift. You will be liaising with customers to ensure smooth delivery of service, as well as helping with compliance and general operational duties. You will need to be well-organised and have strong communication skills.
